To Our Dear Customers,

As you may know, our building lease is up for renewal March 31st, 2008. The renewal option is another five year term. After much thought, discussion and sleepless nights, we have decided not to renew our lease. This is due in major part to all the changes in the industry and the raising costs of doing business. It has been a struggle to maintain the high quality of inventory, service, teachers and classes that we have always tried to provide.

Our official closing date for the Tea Room will be December 22, 2007 4 p.m. and the Fabric store March 16  2008, 5 p.m.

We will have the same commitment to quality service, right to the end. We are going to miss everyone. The friendships we have formed are very important to both of us. We won't stop quilting and we look forward to more participation in guild activities with a slower pace for more leisure time for family and friends.

We hope that you will come and see us often over the next few months. Help us celebrate seven years of business - with all the fun and fellowship it brought - and enjoy the surroundings. Take a class for the first or last time - book yourself and friends into our High Tea in the Tea Room - purchase those gift items you may have passed by.

Important note of business:

Our yellow Thread Bear cards will expire December 23, 2007.  Please come in and use them before that date.

Please feel free to ask any questions as they arise and help us keep a stiff upper lip till the end.
